  • We work with specialized data verification companies to ensure our customers’ security throughout all purchase transactions. If any inconsistent information is identified, our team will contact the account holder. Delivery times are counted from the date the credit analysis is approved.

Installment Conditions

Your purchases can be divided into up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment amount of R$60.

Coupons

  1. Discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or Sale category products.

  2. All coupons may be modified or suspended without prior notice.

  3. Online store coupons are not valid in physical stores.

  4. If you experience difficulties using a coupon, please contact Customer Service.

Exchanges

General Conditions:

  1. The shipping cost for exchanges or returns is courtesy of Rygy;

  2. You may exchange your purchase for any other product available on the website;

  3. Exchange requests must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the order was received. Requests made after this period will not be accepted;

  4. Return requests must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the order was received. Requests made after this period will not be accepted;

  6. Products that have been altered (hemming, tailoring adjustments, etc.) or promotional gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items will only be accepted if returned under the following conditions:
• With all original tags, labels, and seals intact and attached;
• The original packaging must be preserved and undamaged. Boxes, bags, plastic packaging, protective hygiene stickers for swimwear, warranties, and informational leaflets are considered part of the product;
• Unwashed and unworn, with no odors, stains, or alterations made by the customer (e.g. hemming, tailoring adjustments, etc.).

Easy Exchange

Purchases made on the website may be exchanged at physical stores, provided they meet the conditions above and are accompanied by the original invoice.

Note: If the returned product does not meet the conditions described above, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request. In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer without prior notice, along with an explanation for the refusal.

Refunds

Via Exchange Coupon:
Store credit applied to your Rygy online account for future purchases.

Via Credit Card:
Refunds are issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Note: Credit card companies may take up to two billing cycles following the refund request to process the credit.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs may vary according to the destination and shipping method selected. Delivery times are counted from the identification or approval of your payment.

We ship throughout Brazil and offer two Correios shipping services: PAC and SEDEX. Please check delivery times and shipping costs at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed and processed on business days after 3 PM, or on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

Security

  1. Rygy guarantees a secure shopping experience through “100% HTTPS”, “Audited Secure Site”, and “Google Safe Browsing” security certificates, which encrypt and protect all user data. The system ensures that your information and transactions remain safe and protected during purchases. All information used in our system, from passwords to payment details, is encrypted, preventing any alteration or access by third parties.

  2. If your address information is incomplete or cannot be confirmed, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the order for security reasons.

  3. Purchases are limited to a maximum of five units of the same model, meaning the same size and color combination.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, “the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signing or receiving the product or service whenever the purchase of products or services occurs outside a commercial establishment, especially by phone or home delivery.”

Does the website offer a first-purchase coupon?
Yes. By using the code “clientevip” in your cart, you receive a discount on your first purchase.

Can I mix and match my bikini?
Yes. All of our pieces are sold separately so each person can choose the size that best fits each part of their body.

Does the website offer free shipping?
For purchases over R$500, shipping is free throughout Brazil via PAC.

Do you offer express delivery by motorcycle courier?
Yes. We offer express delivery in Rio de Janeiro and surrounding areas, subject to immediate product availability and payment confirmation. Shipping costs vary according to the region, and you may request a quote through our Customer Service team.

Can I buy online and pick up in a physical store?
This option is not yet automatically available. You may contact our Customer Service team to check product availability at your preferred store and request the purchase via WhatsApp.

Can I purchase through WhatsApp?
Yes. We can create your cart on the website so you only need to complete the purchase with your details, or we can provide a payment link for alternative purchase methods.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via FedEx. International sales are made exclusively through WhatsApp, and purchases cannot be completed directly through the website. Simply choose your items on the website and request an international shipping quote. Shipping costs and any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Does Rygy work with wholesale?
Yes. We offer wholesale policies for retailers and independent resellers, subject to prior consultation regarding the sales region. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information and to request our commercial policy.

What is the packaging like?
Your purchases will be delivered in personalized boxes sealed with our exclusive tape.
